Timeframes for fully custom orders are longer than normal orders, but vary based on the difficulty of the model to be made. As we like to assure the highest quality, we take around 1-3 weeks for most custom orders. For most orders depending on the options selected it ranges between 2-5 days.

Absolutely they are eco-friendly. We use as many plant-based polymers, often sourced from bamboo to assure highest quality whist retaining the feel good of using an eco-friendly option.
